Job Description

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process multistate biweekly payroll for 500+ employees
Review and process time sheets for all nonexempt
Review and process VacationSick Requests
Processes garnishment calculations and track compliance
Maintain standard payroll reporting
Review local taxes
Data entry for all New Hires, Terminations, Employee Changes
Process termination/manual checks as required
Assist in overall payroll process
Resolves average complexity employee questions related to payroll
Resolves or escalates complex payroll issues and questions, as well basic HR and benefits questions.
Participates in HR and Benefits process and projects such as:
Benefits enrollment
Maintaining HR records
Sourcing information and generating/running reports
Other projects as assigned and appropriate for the position.
