Job Description

Our team is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a dynamic team in the Portland suburb area. We are looking for someone who has experience with high volume and someone who has a passion for AP. This role would be temporary to hire, and our client is already starting to review candidates. 
 

  • Heavy volume, Full cycle accounts payable (300+ weekly invoices)
  • Match, batch, code
  • Process check runs
  • Maintain vendor accounts and relationships
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts
  • 1099's
Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of full cycle AP experience
  • Strong Computer skills in  Excel
  • Able to accomplish assigned projects utilizing strong communications (written and verbal)

Job Requirements

-Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience
-2+ years of full cycle AP experience
