The Entry Level AP Clerk's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Receive, verify, and process invoices on a daily basis
Assist in preparation of weekly payment batches
Assist AP Team with research of vendor issues relating to payments or invoices
Assist in maintaining an organized filing system
Maintain professional customer service

High school diploma required; some college level courses or AA degree preferred
Extremely detail oriented with the ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy
Strong organizational skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Technical understanding of Excel and Word
Quick learning and self-started with the ability to work independently and with the team currently in place
