Job Description

A well-established company in Atlanta, GA is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper who is seeking a challenging and exciting opportunity. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system, both paper and electronic and provide Audit Support
  • General Ledger to include coding transactions, reconciliation and preparing journal entries
  • Prepare biweekly payroll
  • Manage Inventory, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Assistance with the annual budget
  • Reviewing financial statements
  • New vendor setup and maintenance
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Generate yearly 1099's and w-2's
  • Ensure that all accounting functions are performed correctly, and research and resolve discrepancies as needed
Job Requirements: 
  • 2+ years Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant experience required
  • Extensive knowledge of general accounting principles
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Large ERP exposure; Quickbooks a plus
