Below are some of the responsibilities & and requirements we are looking for:
· Prepare and post month-end journal entries
· Prepare and analyze month-end and quarterly account analysis, including bank reconciliations and intercompany general ledger accounts
· Assist in the preparation of supplemental schedules for monthly financial statements and Corporate reporting
· Assist with the preparation of the annual budget
· Assist with monthly cycle counts and annual inventory
· Assist with review of vendor payment packages including checks, wires, and ACH's
· Address Corporate and Audit questions and provide requested information
· Interact with A/P and A/R staff
· Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in financial accounting
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting - Highly desired!
· Good knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and industry and tax regulations
PAY DOE 78K to 90K
