Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join a multibillion dollar publicly-traded organization in the Denver Metro area. 

This individual's main responsibilities will be focused on SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting. They offer a highly competitive salary, great work culture, four weesk of PTO and opportunities to progress upwards in the organization.


Responsibilities Include:

  • SEC reporting, preparing schedules for 10-K and 10-Q
  • Complex Technical Accounting research
  • Evaluating complex transactions and recording the corresponding journal entries
  • Lead the implementation of special projects
  • Variance analysis
  • Month-end close
  • Act as a senior within the department driving change and thinking critically to improve internal processes

Job Requirements

-CPA preferred
-BS in Accounting required
-4+ years of related accounting experience in public accounting or financial reporting
