Responsibilities of this position include the following:
Drafting / Analyzing / Explaining the Business Plan and Mid-Term Business Plan
Updating Cash Flow Models (both Short Term and Long Term) by reflecting actuals and revising assumptions on a regular basis
Impairment Analysis / Asset Value Analysis
Supporting Operation Team with its single well economics calculation
Loan Repayment Analysis
Cash Distribution Planning
Term Deposit Management (Deposit / Withdrawal)
Borrowing Facility Application / Report
Oracle WF Approval
Mizuho e-Banking System Management
Trouble-shooting which may arise out of daily payment operations carried out by assistant
Making Insurance Strategy
Annual renewal of Insurance
Middle-Office role for hedging activities
Monthly settlement confirmation / position reporting
Financial Result Reporting (preliminary, actual), including increase / decrease analysis
Monthly / Quarterly Report update
Preparation of internal documents necessary for obtaining approval
Board Meeting preparation
Board Meeting minutes
Internal Regulation Revision
Service Fee Revision

Minimum 5 years’ experience with heavy exposure in planning.
The ability to update / create cash flow models is essential.
E&P Upstream experience highly preferred.
Bachelors degree in either Finance or Accounting
