The Accounting and HR Manager is responsible for the smooth, day-to-day functioning of our accounting and finance function while also administering employee benefits. This includes the monitoring of company recievables and payables, reviewing general ledger for accuracy and facilitating the month-end close process. Furthermore, this individual would be responsible for coordinating open enrollment efforts, benefit reconcilations and processing bi-weekly payroll.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience handling both accounting and HR duties
• Proficient software skills (especially excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ethically driven and able to maintain confidentiality
