Small Manufacturing Company located in Garden Grove has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Full Charge Bookkeeper with Purchasing Experience.


  • Supervises one AR team member
  • Hands-on management of all general accounting and reporting
  • Full cycle accounts payable
  • Purchasing
  • Accounts receivable/collections
  • Payroll processing
  • General ledger reconciliation
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Financial reporting
  • Workers comp

Job Requirements

High school diploma.
5 or more years of full charge bookkeeping as described in the job description.
3 or more years of purchasing experience.
Proficiency in ERP system such as MAS90/200/500, MS Dynamics, Oracle, etc.
Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, v/h lookups.
Must work well in a small manufacturing work environment.
