Job Description

Our Financial Services client in Irvine is in need of an Accounting Clerk to join their growing Accounting team. 

Preparation of customer invoicing 
Application of all customer payments against open invoices 
Follow up on customer payment discrepancies 
Other duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Accounting
Bilingual, a plus
2+ years of experience in general accounting; A/P, A/R, Credit & Billing, Reconciliations

Knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Word
