Key Duties:
 

  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions processing
  • Handle payment for invoices, expense reports and special projects
  • Daily cash receipts, credit memos
  • Prepare checks, wire/ACH
  • Back up Cashier's office
  • Communicate with purchaser and sales for completed set of paperwork
  • Provide Customer Services
  • Problem solving
  • Monthly process: statement, reconciling inter-branches transactions etc.
