Job Description

Growing property management company located in the eastern suburbs has an immediate need for an AR/Billing Specialist.  If you love a fast pace environment, great work culture and room to grow, this is the perfect position for you! 

 Job Description:

  • Responsible for compiling, analyzing and recording bills.
  • Preparing and issuing invoices
  • Track and report AR balances
  • Assist accounting team with posting deposit entries
  • Process payments to ledgers
  • Assist with annual budget prep
  • Additional duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• 2 year Associate Degree in Accounting
• 1-2 years’ experience with AR/Billing
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast pace, deadline driven environment
