Job Description


* Assist Accounts Payables/Receivables
* Weekly and monthly reporting
* Inventory
* Create and process invoices
* Data Entry
* Enter records into Excel format
 
Requirements
* Must have 3-5 years of experience in related field
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
* Strong data entry skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent communication skills , written and oral
* Attention to detail
* Ability to operate accounting software
