Accounting Clerk

An Accounting Clerk position is available that is perfect for a fast paced and hardworking individual. This company strongly encourages growth and professional development. They have great training and development programs too! The main office is located in the gorgeous Phoenix area.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Participates in all accounting areas as needed
  • Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions
  • Analyze and audit various accounts
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Process project expense records
  • Assist other members of the accounting department as needed

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
- Associates degree in a business-related field preferred
- 1+ years of previous Accounting experience
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, accounting software)
- Excellent Team player able to take on different tasks as situations require
