Ledgent is looking for a candidate familiar with all aspects of Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are important qualifications for this position. The ideal candidate for this position is a clear communicator, a skilled multi-tasker, and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.
- Track expenses and process expense reports.
- Code expense reports for payment processing.
- Responsible for maintaining the accounts receivable aging, receiving incoming payments, entering cash receipts and completing bank deposits.
- Engage management over any AR problems encountered.
- Interacting with customers to resolve contract discrepancies.
- Related duties as needed.
