?? Certified Payroll & Compliance

• Process certified payroll in compliance with state and project requirements
• Manage prevailing wage reporting, documentation, and audits
• Ensure all payroll records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready

?? HR & Employee Support

• Support onboarding for field and office employees
• Assist with timekeeping, employee questions, and HR coordination
• Serve as a go-to resource for payroll and employee-related matters

??? Construction Operations Support

• Act as a key liaison between field operations, leadership, and corporate teams
• Support project teams by ensuring smooth administrative processes
• Keep communication flowing across job sites and office
