Privately held E-Commerce Consumer Packaging Company has a newly created Controller position to join their Management Team. Great opportunity to streamline and implement efficiencies for this $100M, 1000+ SKU, 20 category company.Â

Duties

• Directly supervise 3 staff members including an accounting manager
• Month end closing
• Financial reporting
• Financial modeling
• KPI's
• Budgeting, forecasting
• Strategic planning
• Oversight of cost accounting/margin analysis
• Manage line of credit
• Manage annual audit

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in accounting, finance or economics - required
• MBA or CPA, preferred
• 3 or more years of management experience in the E-Commerce Consumer Packaging industry - required
• Proficiency with ERP system with excellent Excel skills - required
• 3 or more years of cost accounting experience - required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Analytical mindset
