Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain adherence to controls, Accounting policies and procedures
  • Monitor and audit general ledger and expense payable systems
  • Responsible for job costing and standard costing
  • Manage inventory cost controls related to finance
  • Prepare and review journal entries and account analysis
  • Prepare weekly / monthly Finance reports, including action plans
  • Lead Quarterly Finance Review process; provide Executive Management projected financial information (Cash Flow, ROI, P&L, etc.) to support company investment decisions
  • Manage Month End Closing with on time requirements
  • Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports; perform variance analysis
  • Supervise employee benefits, company insurance and liabilities
  • Coordinate with CPA firm to review monthly closing, quarterly and year-end tax projections
  • Manage and lead ERP system including reviewing processes and procedures
  • Manage employee benefits, company insurance and liabilities
  • Responsible for capacity, labor and equipment purchase to comply with budgets

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience
  • BS/BA degree in Accounting required; Master’s Degree is a plus
  • 7+ years’ experience required in Manufacturing Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years’ experience required with ERP/MRP System, including Cost Accounting
  • Human Resources and Employee Benefits experience
  • Experience required in Microsoft Excel Advanced level to report Finance data
  • Implement company Finance Accounting policy
  • Must experience in supervision and management with excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to foster teamwork between departments
  • Long range capacity, space and labor planning
