We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist to oversee customer invoicing, cash applications, and compliance for various projects. This role involves collaborating with project managers, accountants, and clients to ensure accurate and timely billing.

This position is ideal for a collaborative professional with exceptional attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a background in construction or project-based operations. The Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist will play a key role in streamlining new processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AR/billing within construction or other project-based industries.
• Strong knowledge of AIA billing, retainage, lien processes, and public works requirements.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups).
• Sage Intacct, a huge plus!
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
