A growing consumer services company based in Downtown Los Angeles, providing exceptional service and customer experiences across a broad range of clientele. Seeking an Accounting Specialist to join the accounting team and support daily financial operations in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Position Overview:
The Accounting Specialist will handle a variety of accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger support. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and code vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and credit card transactions.

• Prepare and issue customer invoices; manage collections and payment application.

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and assist with month-end close.

• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and support journal entry preparation.

• Assist with balance sheet account reconciliations and financial reporting.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data.

• Support the Accounting Manager with ad-hoc analyses and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

• 2-4 years of accounting experience in a corporate or consumer-facing environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP system a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
