You're a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar business-related field or 1-2 years accounting experience

In this role, you will:

• Assist with monthly and annual close activities, preparing financial statements and reports for assigned properties
• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet schedules on a recurring basis
• Record journal entries and review account activity
• Maintain expense and contract tracking to support accurate property-level reporting
• Complete weekly and monthly close checklists and contribute to ad hoc accounting projects as needed

Performance Expectations:

• Deliver complete monthly financial packages by assigned deadlines
• Ensure reconciliations are current and discrepancies are documented and addressed
• Submit required checklists and reports on schedule
• Achieve accuracy benchmarks in financial packages within the first 90 days
