About the Role:
Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a dynamic and growing company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced in full-cycle accounting, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
Prepare and post journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Work closely with management to provide financial insights and support
Qualifications:
3+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting/ERP systems
Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting practices
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
