Key Responsibilities:
Process high-volume AP invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Match, batch, and code invoices to appropriate accounts
Prepare and process check runs, ACH, and wire payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end close and accruals as needed
Maintain vendor files and support the accounting team with special projects
Qualifications:
2+ years of accounts payable experience
Strong understanding of AP processes and general accounting practices
Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
