You're a great fit if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in construction accounting and AIA billing
• Comfortable working directly with project managers and subcontractors
• Experience with Sage software; Sage 300 highly preferred

In this role, you will:

• Preparing and submitting project invoices based on contract terms
• Tracking payments and managing retainage
• Handling lien waivers and change orders
• Coordinating with project managers to confirm billing details
• Maintaining organized billing records and resolving discrepancies
