Position Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is actively seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Arizona. This position is in-office, located in North Phoenix, and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full cycle accounts payable with weekly check runs.
  • Manage vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Engage in adhoc projects as needed.
  • Utilize Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP for data analysis.
  • Ensure extreme attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Work in a high-volume, very fast-paced environment, requiring critical thinking skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with full-cycle AP processing
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 and Coupa is a plus, though not required.
  • Previous experience in mid to larger companies is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, is mandatory.
  • Must have a stable work history, avoiding habitual job hopping.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle a high-stress environment.

Required Work Hours

The position requires work hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Salary

The salary for this position is $25.00 per hour.
