We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator with experience in managing Schedules of Values (SOVs) and construction billing. The ideal candidate will be familiar with AIA billing formats and will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate submission of pay applications and supporting documentation.
Prepare and manage the Schedule of Values (SOV) for each project in coordination with project managers and contracts.
Generate and submit AIA billing applications (G702/G703 forms) according to contract terms and timelines.
Update and track billing progress based on percentage-of-completion and approved change orders.
Coordinate with project teams to gather billing backup and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all billing activity, retainage, and payments received.
Respond to billing inquiries and coordinate with general contractors or clients on billing issues or revisions.
2+ years of experience in construction billing with a strong understanding of Schedules of Values and AIA billing.
Proficiency in construction accounting or project management software (e.g., Sage, Procore, Viewpoint, QuickBooks Construction).
High attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Pay DOE 75K to 85K
