Accounts Payable Supervisor | Property Management
Location: Century City, Los Angeles (Onsite; potential schedule flexibility after training)
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Compensation: $33-$36/hour (up to ~$75K upon hire)
We're assisting a long-standing property management organization in their search for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team in Century City. This role is open due to immediate business needs, and the right candidate will step in quickly to manage AP operations while receiving training on organization-specific processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounts payable functions, including ACH, wire transfers, and check processing
Perform bank reconciliations and support accurate financial reporting
Create and maintain financial records, spreadsheets, and general ledger accounts
Prepare and review tenant lease agreements and amendments
Assist with vendor relations, insurance renewals, and tenant communications
Resolve AP/AR issues and respond to information requests
Provide administrative and clerical support, including drafting correspondence, maintaining a cloud-based filing system, and assisting with legacy projects
Qualifications:
MRI or Yardi experience
Strong accounts payable and bank reconciliation skills
Experience in the property management industry required
Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Able to start quickly and learn organization-specific systems
