Ledgent is partnering with a manufacturing client in the southwest metro looking for a Staff Accountant. This role is fully on-site but does have flexible working hours.

Job Duties:

• Process Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions and ensure sales orders and shipping documents are accurate.
• Manage credit and collections, including handling tax forms and W9s.
• Oversee full Accounts Payable (AP) processes, verify invoices, approve payments, and process weekly payments
• Complete monthly GL account reconciliations
• Review and approve supplier invoices as related to specific projects
• Assist with sales tax returns and filings
• Assist in the year-end audit process.
• Lead and or support various accounting projects including system / process implementation and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred!)
• 2-4+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (A/P, A/R, etc.)
• Proficient within ERP systems and Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally with other team members
