This is a full onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role overseeing AR operations. Expertise in Oracle ERP is required.
Lead and manage the AR team to ensure efficient invoicing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.
Develop and execute strategies to improve cash flow, reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and minimize credit risk.
Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue accounts with a proactive collection approach.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
Prepare comprehensive AR reports, forecasts, and metrics for senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Drive continuous process improvements and system optimizations within the AR function.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities related to AR.
7-8 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience.
Minimum 4 years experience in an AR Manager or leadership role.
Proficiency in Oracle ERP (Required).
Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, credit management, and collections strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
