Position Overview:

Our Aerospace industry client is currently seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in California. This role offers the potential to become a lead of the accounts payable team, providing an excellent opportunity for growth within the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle accounts payable processes with 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Ensure a high level of data entry accuracy for payable invoices.
• Utilize strong Excel skills to manage and organize financial data effectively.
• Operate proficiently within an ERP system such as NetSuite or a similar accounting system.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Maintain a stable work history, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations, requiring candidates to be U.S. citizens.
• Possess a working knowledge of procurement and cost accounting as a valuable asset.

Requirements:

• Available to work Monday through Friday during first shift hours.
• 2-3 years of relevant accounts payable experience working in the manufacturing industry.

Salary:

The pay range for this position is $28 - $34 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
