Assist with financial tracking and reporting for individual projects
Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate cost tracking and forecasting
Prepare project-specific invoices and ensure timely billing
Support month-end close processes and job cost reconciliations
Maintain project budgets and monitor variances
Help ensure financial data accuracy for internal reporting and compliance
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar role
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A professional and career-minded attitude
CPA license or CPA track candidates are a plus (salary flexibility available)
