About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Finance Manager to lead financial operations, oversee compliance, and manage a high-performing team. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on management of day-to-day financial processes.

Qualifications:
  • Education & Experience:
    • High school diploma + 12 years in finance/accounting (6+ years managerial), OR
    • Bachelor's degree + 5 years managerial experience, OR
    • 3+ years in payroll and accounts payable.
  • Advanced Excel and financial software skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial operations, including budgets, reporting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and audits.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate finance team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Provide financial insights and reporting to executive leadership.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Pay DOE 81K to 85K
