• Direct hire
• On site, M-F in Commerce
• Salary flexible based on experience/qualifications: $70,000 - $85,000

Requirements:

• Strong AR, AP, chargeback processing, and cash management experience
• Experience in importation logistics
• Understanding of cost allocations and inventory
• Proficiency in Excel & ERP systems
• Experience working with factoring banks is a big plus
• Experience with Full Circle, Netsuite, and Airtable are all plusses

Job Description:

• AR, AP, bank reconciliations, GL coding, journal entries, assist in month-end and financial statement preparation
• Payroll processing for 80+ employees
• Oversee importation processes, inventory, and cost allocation
• Transition payment processes from manual to digital, and implementing ACH and wire transfers
