Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's team on a temp-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Follow up on overdue payments and manage collections.
• Prepare aging reports and maintain detailed records of transactions.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company policies.
• Assist with month-end close processes as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of billing and collections processes.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $25 - $28 per hr.
