A small retail services company located in Los Angeles is looking for a hands-on CFO. While working closely with the CEO and COO, the CFO will have a hands-on role in the accounting and finance functions, business operations, and systems performance. The CFO will handle month/quarter/year-end closes, prepare financial statements, oversee A/P, A/R, and payroll, ensure efficient accounting policies and procedures, and monitor staff production. The CFO will create and analyze the fiscal budget, manage company operations, production, and supply chain, oversee inventory, review daily cash flow reporting and cyclical variances, and assist with identifying markets for expansion - being responsible for the profitability of the organization.
