Job Description

A small retail services company located in Los Angeles is looking for a hands-on CFO. While working closely with the CEO and COO, the CFO will have a hands-on role in the accounting and finance functions, business operations, and systems performance. The CFO will handle month/quarter/year-end closes, prepare financial statements, oversee A/P, A/R, and payroll, ensure efficient accounting policies and procedures, and monitor staff production. The CFO will create and analyze the fiscal budget, manage company operations, production, and supply chain, oversee inventory, review daily cash flow reporting and cyclical variances, and assist with identifying markets for expansion - being responsible for the profitability of the organization.

• Qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• MBA or CPA is preferred.
• Multi-location retail / food service industry experience is required.
• Must be hands-on - willing to roll up your sleeves and participate in the work.
• Strong track record of proven leadership skills.
• Background of enhancing accounting policies and procedures.
• The ability to work with various personnel is essential.
• Experience leading a systems conversion and strong Excel skills are important.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• $180 - 200k.
