Our recruiting firm is partnering with a construction firm in Boynton Beach, FL to find them a AP Specialist. This is a well-established company looking for someone eager who is interested in long term growth and learning the construction industry.
The Controller would like to train and help this position grow in responsibilities and title within their organization from the ground up. 

Job Summary

  • Processing a high-volume number of invoices
  • Coding invoices to correct departments and G/L accounts
  • Utilizing 3-way-match to reconcile invoices
  • Initiate payments via check, ACH and wires
Qualifications
  • 1 year+ of AP experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred
  • 100% onsite position
