Job Description

Ledgent is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist.  Our client is seeking individuals with at least 1 year of recent AR experience. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be required to secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts as well as resolving billing discrepancies. We are looking to interview Accounts Receivable Specialist candidates immediately in the Orlando area. 

Job Duties Include:

  • Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
  • Weekly invoicing to customers
  • Assists customers with billing issues
  • Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
  • High volume data entry

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience
  • QuickBooks or ERP experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • High volume data entry with high accuracy
