Staff Accountant/ Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
- General Ledger (GL) Management:** Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts.
- Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR):** Process invoices, manage payments, and ensure accurate accounts receivable entries.
- Payroll:** Administer payroll for approximately 60 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- High Transaction Volume:** Handle and process a large number of financial transactions with precision.
- Software Proficiency:** Utilize Sage and MIE Trak Pro+ for various accounting tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience:Previous experience in accounting with a focus on high transaction volumes.
- Software Knowledge:Proficiency in Sage and MIE Trak Pro+ is essential.
- Payroll Experience:Demonstrated experience managing payroll for a medium-sized workforce.
- Skills:Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Education: Relevant degree or certification in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
