Overview
The Tax Manager/CPA will be responsible for internal auditing, taxes and accounting for owner entities and C-level management.

Duties
- Audit individual accounts on a random or scheduled basis.
- Work with executives and CEO on personal matters.
- Responsible for preparing personal banking/financial functions for personal tax, other business entities and preparing financial statements in collaboration with company CPA.
- Manages personal financial circumstances and provides sound financial recommendations based on analyzed current economic and world news in partnership with the financial advisor.
- Ensures compliance and nimble in tax and estate planning, trust, and foundation management.
- Real estate transactions and accounting.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize extensive experience in tax planning to identify opportunities for minimizing tax liabilities and maximizing deductions.
- Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements, records, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze financial data and provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure adherence and implement necessary updates.
- Assist in resolving any tax-related issues or discrepancies that may arise.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of private banking experience catering to high- and ultra-high net-worth individuals.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar preferred
- CPA
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to explain complex accounting data in a simple way.
- Ability to analyze complex systems.
- Problem-solving skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of accounting and financial software
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous auditing and tax experience
- High degree of confidentiality
