What do you need to know?
- Heavy customer reconciliation experience working with large sets of data.
- Strong Excel skills; proven and recent experience (pivot tables, lookups)
- Comfortable working within multiple accounting systems daily;
- Must be an analytic person; willing to dive in to figure out any discrepancies or issues
Preferred - NetSuite / Oracle
What will you be doing?
- Analyzing and working with large sets of customer data from multiple accounting systems
- Performing daily customer account reconciliations, large data sets of up to 25,000 lines.
- Ensure that all transactions are accurately matched, and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
- Regularly reconcile customer accounts by comparing invoices, payments, and credits against statements
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between customer payments and outstanding invoices
- Identify recurring issues in the reconciliation process and recommend process improvements
