Job Description

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in providing financial insights, preparing forecasts, and analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data, trends, and forecasts to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, to management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update financial models, databases, and records to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Track and analyze key financial metrics, providing regular updates on the company's financial performance.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience in [specific industry] is a plus.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
