Job Description

Growing and dynamic real estate firm in West Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting.  In this position the Senior Manager, Accounting, will be responsible for assisting with month/quarter/year-end closes, review of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, journal entry preparation, and accounting & bank reconciliation.  The Senior Manager, Accounting will also prepare consolidated financial statements, corporate tax filings, loan schedules, as well as reconcile balance sheets.

 
 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related discipline is required.
  • Commercial real estate industry experience is needed.
  • CPA or CPA tracking is preferred.
  • Public accounting is ideal.
  • Yardi and advanced Excel skills are required. 
  • Must have excellent communication and analytical skills.
