We are seeking a driven AP Clerk who is looking for a long term commitment with a great company!

Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Verify accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Maintain vendor files and ensure all information is up to date.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Process expense reports.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
- Review monthly vendor statements and and maintain AP files
- Process payroll semi-monthly
- Filing of HR documents including garnishment and EDD claims
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- AA Degree preferred but will take years of experience in AP if non-degreed.
- Flexibility and a willingness to work with constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Excellent written and verbal communication
$22-$24/hr DOE
