Payroll Specialist
2 Month assignment Covering a medical leave
What You Will Do
- Manage the client vendor activity in payroll software
- Payroll Maintenance
- Process weekly check runs for multiple clients
- Data entry
- Prepares payroll checks
- Processing of irregular payments
- Answer client questions related to payroll
- Resolve payroll discrepancies
- Assist to ensure payroll practices meet government compliance
- Paylocity is a plus
What you will bring:- High School diploma
- 4+ years' experience required processing payroll
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel skills
- Ability to work with confidential matters
- Detail oriented
- Good professional communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Pay DOE $30 to $35
