Job Description

Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist needed in Gilbert, AZ for a growing team.

This is a direct hire role paying up to $25.00/hr.
 
What will you be doing? 
Create invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to Customers
Insure timely completion of work assignments
Resolve billing inconsistencies/discrepancies
Operate a variety of computer programs (QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite)

What do you need to know?
2 yrs. Of Billing experience within the construction industry.
Billing reconciliation
Lien waiver experience
Knowledge of debits and credits.
High school diploma or GED
