Job Title: Jr. Financial Analyst
Location: Chino, CA
Pay Rate: $65K
Schedule: M - F 8:30 - 5:30
Type: Direct Hire
The Jr. Financial Analyst will examine financial statements, assess market trends, and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
? Utilize tools like Argus to provide comprehensive analysis of investment properties to lenders and investors.
? Evaluate existing portfolio DSCR values by analyzing financial statements.
? Maintain relationships with existing bankers and explore new opportunities with banks, insurance, CMBS, and other avenues for loan opportunities.
? Review and Evaluate historical and current financial data to understand the company's financial condition. This includes but is not limited to all month-end (M/E), quarter-end (Q/E), and year-end (Y/E) closes of the General Ledgers.
? Utilize Yardi software to oversee property functions, calculation of DSCR values.
? Reviewing AR Reports to gauge property investments and performance analysis.
? Working closely with the property management department to understand tenant rent roll and areas of improvements to maximize property investment potential.
Requirements:
1. Bilingual Mandarin - Required
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - required
3. At least 2-4 years of experience as a budget analyst, financial analyst, business accountant, or similar in a corporate or investment banking finance role - required
4. Experience with key metrics like DSCR - required
5. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, financial modeling tools).
6. Familiarity with financial databases and tools for market research (e.g., Bloomberg).
7. MBA or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification - preferred but not required
