Ledgent is looking for an Accounts Payable/ Payroll coordinator in the Raleigh area. This position will be a dual role. This position will be 100% in office.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • At least 2 years of recent full cycle accounts payable experiencePayroll reporting of time and attendance.
  • High volume data entry skills
    Accurate & Timely data entry of vendor invoices and credits
  • Ensuring accurate Federal and state withholdings, garnishments, etc.
  • Communicating timely and thoroughly with employees and managers when changes or corrections occur as it relates to payroll.
  • Ensuring the accurate balance management for time keeping records.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and three (3) years of experience with accounts payable, or equivalent combined education and relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years payroll processing experience.
  • Advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
