Ledgent Finance is recruiting for an Accounting Clerk/Office Manager on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 2+ of applicable accounting experience and be will to wear multiple hats in a small office environment.
Role: Accounting Clerk/Office Manager (Temp-Hire OR Direct Hire)
Location: Nashua, NH (On Site)
* Manages staff payroll, AP, and AR, and some General Ledger processes
* File invoices with processed checks
* Greet and acknowledge new clients and perform general intake calls
* Maintain accurate levels of office supplies and inventory
* Perform general receptionist/clerical duties
* Previous Office Administration or Office Management experience
* Basic Accounting principles
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills
* Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic
* Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred)
