Ledgent Finance and Accounting is sourcing for a Senior Accountant on a direct hire basis in Union City for a growing company.

Position: Senior Accountant
Duration: Direct Hire
Pay: up to $110K DOE
Location: Union City 

REQUIREMENTS:
-   Bachelor's degree
-   Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
-   Experience working in Manufacturing Industry
-   Experience working with inventory and someone who is willing to physically do the inventory if counts are off

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
-   Monthly journal entries, reconciliations and consolidation
-  Prepare journal entries and reporting
-  Review & evaluate monthly financial packages
-  Review analyses of activities, costs, and forecast data of all divisions to determine divisions' progress toward stated goals and objectives
-   Participate in the coordination and preparation of financial schedules for the auditor's quarterly reviews and annual audit
-  Assist in the monthly/quarterly preparation of reports needed for compliance
-  Analyze data to discover patterns and/or discrepancies
- Compile data/information for reports, cost estimates, assets reports, etc.
