Job Description

Qualifications
*The successful candidate must be well-versed in Accounts Payables methods and procedures
*Must have experience in multiple types of businesses and have the ability to change focus from one client to another throughout the day
*The candidate we are looking for will show a willingness and eagerness to wear multiple-hats in a fast-paced environment
You must be willing to take on responsibility and have a desire to grow with the company
*Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Online
*Experienced in MS Word & Excel (Basic Formulas), Outlook & possess good interpersonal skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Superior Organizational skills

Responsibilities
*Perform accounts payable functions
*Entering invoices/bills and categorize, processing payments ACH and Checks
*Reconcile Vendor statements
*Communicate effectively and promptly with vendors and customers regarding AP matters
*Create and update excel spreadsheets

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour based upon experience
